On May 25, 2018, the new European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect. This text allows you to better control the use which is made of your data. 

Thus, we remind you that you can at any time consult and modify the consents you have given us for the processing of your data.  

 

What data do we collect?

This site collects personal data directly from you. We only collect the data necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.  

 

The different categories of data collected are as follows:

The duration of the conversation

We keep your data for the longest time necessary for the applicable legal or regulatory provisions, in particular for the proper management of customer accounts and the exercise of your rights. With regard to customers, most of the information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the last contractual relationship.

 

 

To which recipients?

Your personal data is processed by the company or by distribution partners or our subcontractors, in particular transport providers and mailing or other information delivery services.

 

 

How secure for your data?

We have defined technical and organizational measures to protect your data in an appropriate way according to their nature, the scope of the processing and their accessibility and the management of access rights. Respect for the security and protection of your data is required of all our employees, as well as all our partners or service providers.

 

 

What are your rights ?

You can request at any time access to personal data concerning you, their rectification, their erasure, unless their retention is prescribed by laws and regulations, in particular concerning invoicing and related information. You also have the right to modify or withdraw, at any time, the consents that you have granted to us for the processing of your personal data for use for commercial prospecting purposes.

 

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to their portability under the conditions set by the Regulations.

Your personal data may be stored or deleted after your death in accordance with the Regulations. You have the right to instruct us to communicate this data to a third party that you have previously designated.

 

Updating of transmitted data

It is important that the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date and that you inform us without delay of any material changes concerning you.
