What data do we collect?

The duration of the conversation

With regard to customers, most of the information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the last contractual relationship.
To which recipients?
Your personal data is processed by the company or by distribution partners or our subcontractors, in particular transport providers and mailing or other information delivery services.
How secure for your data?
We have defined technical and organizational measures to protect your data in an appropriate way according to their nature, the scope of the processing and their accessibility and the management of access rights.
